Cell Phone Policy

 

–First Offense- phone/device will be held for one month or a fine in the amount 

 of $25 can be paid to retrieve the phone/device.

–Second Offense-phone/device will be held for one semester or a fine in the amount of $50 can be paid to retrieve the phone/device.

–Third Offense- phone/device will be confiscated for one calendar year from the date of confiscation or a fine in the amount of $75 can be paid to retrieve the phone/device.

–If a student refuses to surrender a cell phone upon the request of a school employee, the student may be recommended for alternative school placement or other action taken at the principal’s discretion.
