To ensure a smooth and speedy registration process, please bring the following items with you:
📜 For All Students:
- 2 Proofs of Residency displaying your 911 Address (such as utility bills, current within the last 60 days; Driver's License will not be accepted)
- Completed 2024-2025 Registration Card (available at the school)
👶 For New/Transfer Students:
- Completed 2024-2025 Registration Packet
- Original Birth Certificate
- Updated 121 Immunization Form
- Social Security Card
- Withdrawal Form and last Report Card
- 2 Proofs of Residency displaying your 911 Address (such as utility bills, current within the last 60 days; Driver's License will not be accepted)
