Osyka Elementary School Pre-Kindergarten Pet Rock Project

🎉 Exciting News from the OES Fourth and Pre-K Classes! 🎉

Something truly special happened that we just had to share with all of you! Cathy Wuerzer's fourth-grade gifted students, who have been diving deep into the fascinating world of geology, completed a colorful and creative project making their very own pet rocks. Their creations were not just a display of creativity but also a culmination of their hard work and learning.

But the excitement didn’t stop there! Our wonderful fourth graders teamed up with Kimberly Quinn and Sheletha Dillon's eager Pre-K students, who were thrilled at the chance to make their own pet rocks. With guidance, patience, and lots of smiles, our older students shared their newfound geology expertise and helped the little ones bring their imaginative ideas to life.

It was a heartwarming sight to see our students collaborating, learning from each other, and most importantly, having tons of fun! This is what learning is all about – coming together, sharing knowledge, and growing through experience. A big round of applause to all our students for their hard work and creativity! 🌟

SOARING TO EXCELLENCE!
